Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged when you schedule, but it may be used in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.

Payment is due at time of service. You may choose a different payment method than the card you save on file.

No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the service will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment online at any time before the 24-hour cutoff.
